English Doctors

Last week I went to interview, the interviewer asked me a question, I really like it, her question was ‘ what would you name your English class?’

This question made me really think a lot, I think just English class will not represent or indicate anything special about my classroom. Therefore, I was thinking hard for the right name for my class. I want, the name must show' what my class will be ? it must represent characters of my classroom. It must represent me.

After thinking hard,  I start thinking what should I add in my English classroom. That made me realize I should think about the setting of my classroom first. I think I should use bright colors and my personal touches, to make my students feel welcome in the classroom. I should create a comfortable atmosphere in the classrooms.

I think a good language teacher is going to be a benefit to her students because she will provide them the path of knowledge. I know as an English teacher there are several different learning methods. Some learn by hearing, some by seeing and some by speaking. Therefore, I need to create my lesson plan to keep in mind  all my students as if they are individual in my classroom. I am willing to explore different ways of teaching language, to provide my students with the best chance to learn.

After thinking hard about my duties and qualities  as language teacher, I think I will name my classroom ‘English doctors’, because my students will learn mechanism of English language, they will explore different methodology.

We will experiment different things together, I will discover what will work best for my students. Inshallah,  I will create a lesson plan that weaves together all of the various learning techniques.

Therefore, I will name my language classroom ‘ English doctors’
