Language Teachers and Success strategies

This morning I was watching CNN and there was an interview with Anna Wintour (editor, chief Vague) she said in these days to be famous is very easy rather than to be successful, it is all because of social media and internet. Indeed, I believe her statement was very correct when it comes to any profession if professionals absorb their profession in their personality they could be more successful. I made a new friend she is an architect, engineer and I noticed wherever she goes, she talks about building structure and its decoration. She enjoys the place because it is well decorated and well constructed.
When It comes to ESL teachers, we need same devotion, ESL teacher can plan their English lessons from their day to day life. The world if full of ideas and for teaching English we don’t need dynamic idea, students need language at every step of their life.
Therefore, even teachers can bring ideas from everything they are doing, watching TV or eating in a restaurant.
The successful ESL lesson is when students come out with the feeling they have achieved something. Teachers are successful to teach what he/she plans to teach and able to see outcome from students.

ESL teachers could be successful by making a genuine relationship with students, understanding the individual needs of students. ESL teachers can make better teachers than traditional academic ones by understanding of a student’s cultural background and willing to connect with communities. I believe the success of ESL teachers is the outcome of a student’s language.
